One of the coolest things about @MATTHARDYBRAND is how connected he is with fans on Twitter. Opening up Q&As, sincerely listening to feedback, and generally just really responsive to people. It's really wholesome! Thanks for being so in tune with everyone, it's so nice to see.

Too often, people kind of separate themselves from the conversation. And I TOTALLY get it. Read the comments on any big post and there's a lot left to be desired sometimes. And people can be downright mean, too! But it's so nice to see people still engaging in meaningful ways -

Especially right now when we're all feeling more distant, and yet also more connected (on social media) than ever before.

It's just really refreshing to see that, and it seems that connection with the fans here is strengthening everyone's resolve in small amounts together.
