Just explaining this in a thread because this question is so fucking dense but I am happy to answer it.

Are breasts sexual? Of course!
While having sex or performing sexual acts.

Are breasts sexual? Of course not! While feeding an infant.

Mouths can be sexual while performing oral sex or they are non sexual while going to the dentist or eating cereal (joke here if you want)

Touching a vagina can be sexual or it can be a medical exam.

The situation dictates whether it is sexual or not. I’ve seen scenes of women standing naked protesting in the street (not sexual) and women standing naked in porn (sexual)

It’s really easy to tell the difference
