i haven’t felt myself this week. haven’t felt motivated. not sure what to post and say. feel guilty that i haven’t written ‘the’ song in quarantine, if any at all. haven’t felt that creative.
some days you will feel like conquering the world and others you just want to sleep & binge netflix. but one thing i have been doing is going for long walks which has been nice. today i walked for 3 hours along the river and my mind instantly feels clearer and healthier.
walking is exercise! sometimes i feel like i have to do a 5k run and be sweating my ass off but really, a long walk will do the same. anyways, i’ll stop rambling ! I just wanted you to know that we’re all in the same boat and i hope you’re okay. Xx
