I appreciate the effort to imagine reopening universities in the fall but I teach in classrooms that are typically cleaned once a year, if ever. We've slashed maintenance to the bone since 2008. Another way of saying that is that we don't have money to keep fire ants out of my classroom let alone to establish the kind of infrastructure necessary to "test, trace and separate"
