If they could do this to @GenFlynn, what do you think they had planned for you?
Reading this document, it's hard to believe, even now.

But @GenFlynn is one of the most decorated figures in our Nation's military.

He is alleging that the U.S. government, and his lawyers, attacked him, his family, and his assets. https://www.biography.com/military-figure/michael-flynn
I am not a lawyer.

I am reading and sharing this story to the best of my ability.

As always all opinions are those of the person speaking.
"The prosecutors concocted the alleged 'false statements' by their own misrepresentations, deceit, and omissions."
" It is beyond ironic and completely outrageous that the prosecutors have persecuted Mr. Flynn, virtually bankrupted him, and put his entire family through unimaginable stress for three years."
The prosecution has shown abject bad faith in pure retaliation against Mr. Flynn since he retained new counsel." [in June 2019]

"This can only be because with new, unconflicted counsel, Mr. Flynn refused to lie for the prosecution."
"In pure spite, the government retaliated"
(1) "sought to rescind its judicial admissions that Mr. Flynn was not a co-conspirator,"
In English: The government had already admitted that General Flynn didn't conspire with anyone to do anything wrong. But when they saw he had lawyers working FOR him and not AGAINST him, they walked that back.
(2) "obtained an ex parte emergency order from Judge Trenga, including a gag order", and

In English: They tried to keep @GenFlynn quiet by telling the court there was an emergency need to do so.
(3) "moved up the date of a hearing on the issues without notice to counsel for Mr. Flynn"

In English: They played the dirty trick of failing to give General Flynn's lawyers enough time to respond.
You think that's all they did?
"An agent improperly contacted Michael Flynn Jr.....The prosecutors placed him on the witness list solely to harass him and to raise the threat and anxiety of the family at this crucial time. The prosecutors completed the trial without calling him as a witness."
Think about the amount of trauma, shock, and dismay General Flynn must have felt, that the same government he had served so faithfully was literally out to destroy him and his family forever.

Homeless forever.

Purposely.
Moving on.

On April 24, 2020, @GenFlynn shared a January 29, 2020 follow-up document. His declaration, in U.S. v. Flynn.

It is nothing less than a rallying cry.

The man has dedicated more than three decades to the service of our Nation and so you will bear with me if I spend some time on his statement to the world.
33 years in the Army
5 years active combat
Democrat - not Republican
Twice appointed by Obama
Senate confirmed
Head of the Defense Intelligence Agency!
So...we are supposed to believe that someone of this caliber, with a lifetime of service, who is ideologically a Democrat, is ALSO corrupt, greedy, and partisan?
It's Dec. 2016. General Flynn is working for President Trump, on the transition team. We already know that the Trump administration had difficulty getting people appointed & that appointees were hounded, picketed, and so on. These were "resistance" (seditious conspiracy) tactics.
General Flynn gets some questions from Andy McCabe's shop.
"Fuck Flynn, and then we fuck Trump." - the same guy who called in General Flynn over the FARA issue. Andrew McCabe.

Reported March 7, 2017 by @true_pundit

Isn't it disqualifying for the prosecution if McCabe said that?

Asking for a friend.
January 20, 2017: McCabe ("Fuck Flynn, and then we fuck Trump" asks @GenFlynn to "meet with a couple of FBI agents at the White House."

How do FBI agents feel being used this way, by this dirty dog?
General Flynn, now National Security Adviser, says right here he cannot actually even remember what he talked to Russian ambassador Kislyak about on the phone call they're discussing. Sanctions, vote on Israel, whatever.

General Flynn had about fifty thousand meetings/day.
Anyway, how did anyone know what Flynn and Kislyak were talking about?

Aren't those conversations supposed to be private?
Well, General Flynn knows those conversations are monitored.

But who committed a felony by leaking this one?
At every turn, General Flynn tries to do the right thing. He actually resigns, not wanting to be a distraction.

At every turn, they take out their screws and nail him to the wall.
Strangely, the first thing his lawyers ask for is kompromat...on @POTUS.
@GenFlynn quickly finds himself in a nightmare where everything he does to cooperate becomes another nail in the coffin.

And his lawyers...whose side are they on, exactly?
Suddenly @GenFlynn, a Patriot beyond description, is facing fifteen years in jail, say his lawyers - and they're coming after his son as well.

What?????
He has landed in an "unimaginable nightmare."

Unimaginable.
"It was a good deal," his lawyers said.

"Stay on the path."
Making matters even worse, the agents themselves had been forced into this scheme: NOBODY THOUGHT HE LIED!

Which Comey and McCabe both stated!
General Flynn is not a lawyer and neither am I.

Plea colloquy

"a conversation between a judge and a criminal defendant who has been sworn under oath, which must occur when the defendant enters a guilty plea in court in order for the plea to be valid."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plea_colloquyhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plea_colloquy
General Flynn's lawyers only told him to expect a simple hearing and probation.

Instead he was subjected to an unfamiliar, complex legal maneuver.

On the spot.
Imagine what it feels like to be innocent, but call yourself guilty.

Just imagine that.
