Not passing the sniff-test at any rate... High River, Raymond, Bragg Creek, Banff: all NOT rural enough but Fort McMurray is??? Not at all criticizing Fort Mac accessing rural/*remote* incentives but WHAT is the eligibility criteria? Don’t patients & docs deserve transparency?
