Can we normalize "praying fathers"?
If you asked the average guy to give you the specs of his dream future wife, you would definitely see "a praying wife" in the list.
It is important to have a praying partner. What's more important than that is to be a praying partner.

As a man, do you pray?
Do you tarry on your knees in prayer day and night?
Are you just the physical head of the family who has delegated his priestly duties to his wife?
If you are single, can you picture yourself leading your entire family in prayer and bible studies?

Young King you are going to be the priest of your home.
Priests in the old testament offered sacrifices to God on behalf of the people. They had a better relationship with God and their standard of purity was very high.
Instead of wishing for a praying wife, be a praying husband

Most of us grew up seeing our mothers bear the spiritual burdens of the entire family. In cases where the husband is prayerful, it is mostly because he is either a pastor of a church or an elder. A praying husband who isnt a pastor or church leader is rare.

This is wrong!!

In Jer 35:18-19 we are told of the Rechabites whose father instructed them according to the Word of God and God commended them and blessed them.

Fathers have a role to play in the spiritual growth and wellbeing of the members of their families.

The head leads!

If you are going to be a praying husband and father, you dont wait to do that after your honeymoon.

You must start now!

Hell must be familiar with your voice.
Midnight and the dawn should know your presence too well.

You must be prayerful now! Especially now!!!!

Pray for your future family.
Pray for your family if you have one already.
Pray for your wife.

You speak from a place of authority as a husband so declare good things over their lives and come against the evil desires of the devil.

Fast and pray always for your family. #YK
