Neal Maupay potentially underrated player of the season. If he tucked his chances away we’d class it as a brilliant first season. His work off and on the ball is excellent, and for a first season in the Premier League, I rate him very highly.

Player of the season for me has to go to this man. What a season he’s had. Absolutely solid for us, and potentially the best we’ve got to witness in terms of quality from him. Had to cover more than one position in multiple games this season. We’re so lucky to have him.

Another contender for underrated player of the season. Doesn’t always get the plaudits but arguably one of the best quality players we’ve had. His footballing brain is a level above the rest, and if we got to see him in his Dutch role, we’d be able to see the true best of him.

There’s no mistake that he’s in that Netherlands side alongside the likes of De Jong and Wijnaldum. Names like Ruud Gullit and Van Basten placing him on par with them says it all. Shame we can’t see his true talents in his preferred position.

Young player of the season. What a debut season this man has had. Remember the name, he’s going to go a long way and he’s only going to get better. Potentially the best talent we’ve had at the club in a very long time.
