Writers who do series - do you have a series bible? How do you organise it if you do? What program do you use (word? Excel? Scrivener? Other)? Or do you just keep it in your head like some kind of genius? I have a word doc but it& #39;s super cumbersome and not easy to use...

So next time I do a series I want to do a better one!
