STAND MIXER

- please buy one with a lid as it’s less mess
- different nozzles can be used for different things; ie. whisk - cream, cakes. beater - cookie, crepes. dough hook - pizza, bread etc.
- saves time and energy
HAND MIXER

- perfect for whisking most things you’d want to make at home; cake, egg/egg whites, cream cheese icing, butter
- cheaper than a stand mixer
COOKIE CUTTERS

- great for shaping your cookies/pastry (obviously 😂)
- I used these when making my sunny side up 🍳
- also available in plastic
THERMOMETER

- get an oil one (L)
- a meat thermometer is absolutely recommended especially one that has the images/writings of each poultry (R)
EGG SEPARATOR

- there’s different types you can purchase
- perfect for those who struggle with separating the yolk from egg whites
CORER/SLICER

- perfect for apples/pineapples
- saves A LOT of time
- less mess
- easy to clean
MEASURING SPOONS/CUPS

- great for accuracy especially when following a recipe
- also available in plastic
- can be found in pound stores or your local supermarket at an affordable price
DIGITAL KITCHEN SCALE

- I think digital scares are way better
- perfect for accuracy
- small and light weight, doesn’t take up space
- great for converting measurements (different metric systems)
- less cleaning up as you can just use one bowl
BATTER DISPENSER

- great for pancakes, cupcakes, crepes etc.
- depending on the one you have, you can actually mix your pancake batter in it (saves time and washing up)
- can be used for puff puff/mikate/bofrot etc.
- easy to use
PRESSURE COOKER

- time efficient
- great for cooking beans, meat, lentils, soup etc.
- saves money on electricity/gas as you’ll be cooking for a shorter period of time
- most new ones are easier to use
