but your critique of Bot Sentinel is misleading and disingenuous. Whether you want to call them bots, trolls, trollbots, inauthentic account...etc., there are thousands of accounts spreading disinformation, misinformation, and engaging in targeted attacks on your platform...
Anytime a reporter or journalist contacts me for a comment, I always provide them with verifiable data to support what I am telling them. Not once has a reporter or journalist published a piece without seeing the raw data and/or several examples of the actual tweets first...
Yesterday, I tweeted several examples of accounts spreading blatant disinformation and Bot Sentinel was able to identify these accounts. You are suspending accounts that are classified as trollbots nearly six times more than normal accounts. We don’t suspend accounts, you do. You are suspending the accounts we classify as trollbots while criticizing our methodology. Numbers and data don’t lie, people do...
So either it is a coincidence you are suspending trollbots at a significantly higher rate than normal accounts, or our platform works. I will leave it up to our users and independent researches to decide who is be disingenuous, and who is being forthcoming and honest...

I have never publicly trashed Twitter, nor have I ever talked trash about your company to reporters or journalists...
I only provide them with data and my honest and accurate assessment of what is occurring on your platform, that is why I am sincerely disappointed by your recent statements. My team and I spend countless hours trying to help your platform be more palatable to your users,..
and we are doing our best to help fight disinformation and targeted attacks on your platform. Many of our users would've left your platform if not for our technology, and many more use our technology to help report accounts that are breaking your Terms of Service...
So instead of releasing untruthful statements that are easily disproven with data and emails, how about you openly support projects like Bot Sentinel to help stop this significant problem you are pretending doesn’t exist.
