1.) Before giving a fuck, ask yourself, does it matter? will it matter in 10 minutes? will it matter in 20years? before wasting your effort and enegery to give a fuck about something, put yourself first.
2.) Giving a fuck means you careâ Sometimes you donât have to care about what others think, said about you. You do not need to think things that you cant control. shit happens, learn and move on from it
3.) Iâm not saying you shouldnât give a fuck about anything, infact theres few things that you need to give a fuck about as in example, your time, yourself, you life, your money,and your health. its all about you
4.) Itâs liberating. When you stop caring what other people think, no one will be able to manipulate you into doing anything you donât want to do
4.1.) Most people are stupid. Why should you care what the average idiot thinks? people arenât thinking about you anyway. Theyâre thinking about themselves.
4.2.) You canât make everyone happy. People will criticize and complain no matter what you do. So you might as well do whatever you want to do
5.) One of the best ways to stop giving a fuck about the things that donât matter, is to have something more important to focus on. When you have some big important goal youâre working on,you donât have any time left over to waste on unimportant crap that doesnât matter
6.) The next time you feel the urge to speak up and say something especially when someone says or does something stupid- donât,and then see what happens. See if it makes any difference at all. What youâll find is that 99.99% of the time it doesnât make any difference at all.
7.) You donât have time to give a fuck. You really donât.
