I’m proud of Manitoba for keeping our #Covid19MB low. It looks like that social distancing does work well. I’d actually like to see if there’s more we can do to protect the care homes. We have seen what can happen if gone unchecked having said that....

I’m looking forward to seeing what the government is going to do in their plan for a soft opening. I don’t believe everything has and can stay closed till we find a vaccine. There has to be a balance in this tough time. I’m not saying tomorrow but in next couple weeks....
If you can keep your distance I don’t see any reason you can’t be open. Golf courses are a great example. You could go as 2 couples on 2 carts and be able to easily stay 6’ apart while still having a conversation and getting out. Put a tall can in the hole. The flag pole.....
Stays in and when your putting if you hit the can you call it in. No one touches anything. The numbers of people would have to be lessened to give the staff ample time to clean and sanitize as needed but at least they could open. No one should feel like they have.....
To go back to work or open but if you can do it in a safe way why not allow them. At the end of the day we need to be responsible and if we can do that and have some function of life at the same time we should be able to. Cleaning, sanitizing and distancing works...
So if you can open up with those rules in place I say let’s try it.
