Somebody scoffed the other day when they read in my bio that I help businesses with their online comms.

Clearly they thought it was a waste of time.

He tweeted “bye” and blocked me before I was able to explain to him what I do and why it’s important... 1/
It’s really as simple as this:

Better online communication results in more engagement.

Better engagement results in more enquiries.

More enquiries result in more orders.

More orders results in more profit... 2/
And all of this combined means businesses need something else:

More staff to handle the workload.

So yes, better online communications ultimately will mean you need to employ more people...

If and when you get it right... 3/
So that’s why what I do is important.

Not as important as many professions, but ultimately I help people.

Why else would I do it?
