Kano and blame game Saga
I hope all of us are in good condition may Allah accept our ibadat. To the kano people we all know people are dying at an alarming rate, most of whom are elderly and likely have an underlying health issues.

The government is not doing anything to curtail that before the media, who knows what they are doing behind? But as much as we want to blame the govt. We also need to blame the citizens. Kano has a population of over 13mln people but only one Covid 19 test center,

that too it's activities are suspended due to some reagents or so problems which is not SG's fault that is NCDC's responsibility.
Last week Thursday the govt. Of the state imposed a total lockdown, with a sit at home order statewide.

We all know what happened after that as people disobeyed that order and continued doing their activities in their quarters, some unscrupulous elements even organized football matches. Some people blame the state for these people's actions as to why didn't the police impose it.

My dear we know our police capacity is below average, and mobilizing them requires resources which the state lacks but people won't agree. KNSG's revenue is low now as all commercial activities are suspended, not only KNSG's but the nation.

Remember when Covid 19 pandemic started in Nigeria Lagos SG received a support of 10bn from federal government alone apart from private citizens, but how much did KNSG's received? As at the last time I checked the chairman of the donations committee

Prof. Yahuza Bello said they received in cash less than 400million apart from valuables and an isolation center by Dangote.
May I ask you to make a simple calculation of how far 400mln will go in kano state from the Rapid response team incharge of sample collection,

Treatment Team in charge of isolation centers to the police officers in charge of lockdown. I think if we didn't appreciate Ganduje we shouldn't vilify the man. The death need to be looked in to but the KNSG needs help and we need to stop the blame game and look for solutions.

As much as we want to blame the govt. We also need to blame the citizens. Why won't they obey orders? Why won't they stay at home? Why won't they take responsibilities? If Ganduje calls for help don't blame him because a whole president seeks for that before him.

This is not the right time to start calling for RMK or SLS none of them can stop people from dying, and as per as this is concerned they can make their contributions as RMK already gave out a clinic for isolation center.

None of Ganduje, SLS or RMK are my favorites but I respect each one of them. It's time we stop politicizing things.
