@JagexAsh Hey Ash, my maxed account had its password changed due to an assumed "hijacker". I've tried to reset my password and noticed that Jagex is sending the reset links to the same email @ outlook instead of hotmail, same product but different domains so, won't work. (1/2)
I've gone through the full recovery process of "not having access to that email" anymore to which it said it would email the correct address shortly with details. That was 14 or so hours ago and nothing yet. Any idea who can help? (2/2)
