Let’s talk communication styles. Mine is direct, which means no messages with just hey, hi, etc especially if we are not close.

What I mean by close is like you have my number outside of social media. Not trying to be bitchy, but some people who message me on a daily and I’m not pointing anyone out in particular, always hit me with just hey. How am I supposed to respond with hey?

All I will do is just say hey right back and I promise the conversation will die right there. I purposely do this. If you message me and I don’t respond, that’s why. Think about it like this, what possessed you to reach out in the first place?

Did you find something interesting that you thought I would enjoy? It have to be more than hey, how are you, how’s the weather? see, I don’t give two fucks about the weather. LOL if this sounds harsh, oh well.

I promise I have people outside of social media who I talk to daily and they get it. A lot of y’all I don’t even know like that for you to get anything to even message me about anyway.
