It would have been much better for Team RWBY to find out that Salem couldn& #39;t be killed, and nothing more than that. I love Volume 6 but I& #39;ve got a really unpopular opinion on it -- the addition of Salem and Ozma& #39;s tale halts the narrative and makes Team RWBY+ Qrow look like+
terrible human beings. Now don& #39;t get me wrong, the backstory provides a great character sketch for Salem and some context surrounding Oz& #39;s trust issues. However, the second bit is exactly what& #39;s wrong with this scene.

would be much more justified. They know nothing except that their efforts have been in vain and that would piss anyone off.

episode. And Team RWBY would be unaware and their reaction would be much more natural while not making them seem as inhumane as it did. Let& #39;s face it -- Oz& #39;s situation was ABUSIVE. I don& #39;t want to use that word, but it& #39;s the truth.

Another thing that could be done to alter the+
scene is just remove the part where QROW PUNCHES A KID. It adds nothing to the narrative and just makes Qrow look worse as a character, so we might as well remove it.

people understand why a few members of the audience, myself included, felt disturbed and disliked that episode. RWBY& #39;s generally really good at handling abuse so I& #39;m surprised that this scene exists. I& #39;m not even sure the crew members were aware of the nature of this scene in+
the first place.
