When I read people praising Ngozi Okonjo-Iwealla I laugh at their ignorance. This woman was our finance minister twice and she did nothing other than influence a naive Obj to pay her principals (those who recommended her to Obj) our hard earned money in the name of debt relief.
You pay about 18bn dollars cash to your creditors who are under pressure to forgive you totally as a reparation for slavery and colonization? South Africa refused to fall for that trap. They insisted it must be total debt forgiveness or no deal.
That huge sums would have been more than enough to solve our power problem.

Two, she superintendent the worst economy in history. According to Prof. Soludo, she ought to have saved over 90bn dollars from the oil windfall during Jonathan.
Rather, our foreign reserves which was about 62 dollars depleted to 29 dollars despite the high price of crude oil.

As if that is not enough, we were borrowing, we even had to borrow to pay salaries of workers. That was the economy they handed over to Buhari.
When I read last week that the federating units shared over 700bn Naira I praised President Buhari for saving and raising more money from the non oil sector of our economy.
Google and read Prof. Soludo's letter where she finished the woman that supervised the worst economy in history. If she was good, we ought not to be borrowing at a time oil prices were above 65 dollars per barrel. I will judge her by her performance as a finance minister.
Kemi Adeosun remains my hero. Abeggii.
If you want to argue with me like a sound mind, do so with facts, don't come here and throw insults at me or Prof. Soludo who described her economics as "rusty". If you do, I will delete your comment.
