Now it’s beginning to feel like crisis management is turning to ‘we need to get back to normal’ messages from some in #leadership positions have turn to “where’s that report” “you’re still being paid” “surely the kids can sort themselves out” #We need to get ahead of the curve”
Key thing to keep in mind now is that the change and impact to people’s lives are personal and as yet unknown for many. The person you saw at the office may not be the person at home trying to work, educate, get through the day... how you treat your workforce now is ...
