Whenever I hear girls say: I get along better with guys than girls; what I am actually hearing is: I am nonsense of a person so I choose to stick only with those who have no choice but to take my shit silently

All girls get along with guys much easier bcos we are not equal on the social expectations of relation: Guys are expected to tolerate us & we not in "competition" they live to impress us; not to actually relate with us on equal footing

It aren't news getting along with guys

Just as our Dad are the ones who spoil us rotten & let's us get away with murder but our Moms set us straight & correct us where we wrong

Not getting along with girls; exposes a lot of relational issues. Relating with girls requires us to be more sensitive than when with guys

It requires us to be considerate etc bcos females are emotional & sensitive beings

And I know ppl say this & hide behind "girls gossip" narrative (As if guys don't & who happen to be more vicious gossips cos unlike girls; they won't sugarcoat their words when discussing
a name)

The reason why girls tend to gossip or if they don't; hold grudges, is because they are too sensitive to ppl's emotions to fight u straight on. They are afraid of causing emotional hurt so someone would rather take their issue to someone else for advice first etc or to just vent

Unfortunately; when this happen; few ppl have the maturity to just offer a listening eye & not add in the words of the hurt party who is still in high emotions. This is how the venting & trying to first have a sounding board b4 going to address matters with someone; turns2gossip

But ppl hardly talk to someone else first; with bad intentions on mind. It's how the sounding board will deal with what is brought to their attention; that will turn the venting into a gossip

Just deal with how they feel. You don't say: I know her she's like that. She did the same to me this and that day

If you add; it's more like: I had the same experience too with her but this is how we solved it. Try to speak to her but approach it in this manner

Communication skill is the most essential trait to learn

We humans are faulty so we will need corrections. The rest lies on the skills of corrections.
