1.) “No pain No Gain”
Kailangan mo munang masaktan para ma tauhan. aww HAHAHJOKE!
ask yourself bat mo kailangan mag exercise. Look for a motivation and dapat gawin para sa sarili.
2.) “Too much rice is not nice”
Dati nakakaubos ako ng 3 cups of rice PER MEAL!! Imagine? and dahan dahan ko siyang binabawasan. Wag ibigla ang sarili kung ayaw mong mahimatay. 😂 hanggang sa 1 cup of rice nalng ako ngayon with more protein. AND FRUITS!
3.) “Hydrate yourself with Lemon water”🍋
Ito yung isa sa mga pinaka sikreto ko. Maraming health benefits ang lemon lalo na sa digestive system and mas pinapabilis niya ang pag burn ng fats. Lemon in water is good for 3 days if refrigerated. Atleast 9-11 glasses of lemon water.
4.) “Start with the basics”
Create a simple workout plan for the week that is atleast 1 hour per day. Again, dahan dahan lang muna para di mabigla ang katawan. You can do it on MWF or TThSat.
5.) “Matulog ng MAAGA, Hindi UMAGA”
okay ill skip this part di ko to ginagawa HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! 😂
6.) “Character is everything”
Sabi nga nila, patience is a virtue. Small progress is still a progress. Ang mas mahalaga ay sinimulan mo na siya kesa mag hintay ka kung san huli na. Maaring saakin effective to siya tapos sayo hindi so you have to know your body more.
7.) “Dasal”
Sabi nga diba nila na “When all else fail, God doesn’t “ HAHAHAHAH SO ALAM MO NA BIGAY MO NA KAY LORD 😂
