My last phone contract was due to end Aug 19 but my phone was stolen Jan 19. Went to @ThreeUK Liverpool One & was told it’s more cost effective to take out a new contract WITH THE ASSURANCE mine would be cancelled in Aug. They have still been taking the DD monthly ... 1/2
2/2 ...& @ThreeUK online advisors are saying I should’ve CALLED to cancel even tho I was told IN STORE it would be cancelled after Aug (end of my term). No refund offered. SHOCKING by 3 &no1 can show me where I’m contractually req’d to cancel by phone/online rather than in store?
Update: Shantanu the online advisor have even accepted fault on @ThreeUK behalf (I have kept screen shots). Please read the previous 2 tweets on this thread @ThreeUKSupport with the complaint as I would like this sorted today, thank you.
