This thread reminds me of that working paper I cited in Invisible Women about the impact of giving parents rather than mothers an extra year to gain tenure. Also: those viral tweets about how if you don’t come out of quarantine having started a new business & learned the clarinet? Women have even less time now than before. And, in the US & UK, they already had 5 fewer leisure hours per week than men.
