. @Converge_CSU dispatch team told me that they were going to install btwn April 22-25 and whenever i report this reps keep telling me to wait for the dispatch team to call bc they& #39;ll install the day after so here& #39;s a thread of cx& #39;s who have been ghosted by their dispatch team
note: most of these are people who applied during quarantine because converge is still accepting AND installing new lines despite the ECQ. many of the responses are the same: after payment, their application gets stuck for a long time.
. @Converge_CSU we understand there are delays, but is it so hard to update your customers that you won& #39;t be able to come during the installation date that YOU gave us? your customer service is very hard to reach and when i do connect with them often they just tell us to wait
I& #39;m making this thread cause it& #39;s inexcusable that they& #39;re STILL taking applications and NOT fulfilling their commitments to install services that we& #39;ve already paid for. If they can& #39;t service all these new applications properly then WHY ACCEPT THEM AT ALL?
it& #39;s also cruel that @Converge_CSU is accepting payments from people who applied for their service bc they need to wfh & then ghosting them after receiving payments. it& #39;s alrdy so hard to earn and pay bills rn & they& #39;re taking payments w/o rendering services they were paid to do?
