So I'm having a fun weekend deep diving STATS19 data sets. Looking at car data (and this needs a lot more work). The last two years have had the worst number of pedestrian deaths. (This is all interactive)
What's interesting is there seems to be a real problem around going home.
Looking at Age and Sex of Driver that kills you, Men really do win this category. So the 26-35 age group is hugely problematic to pedestrians.
So if you're Male, 26-35, you murder people with your car mostly on Friday/Saturdays on the way to the pub or back from it.

Added weather and light. No idea why November 18 was such a slaughter fest for 26-35 year old men. Remember the numbers we are dealing with are small.
