(Lemme just say their equipment). They dictate how you get serviced. 2. Your location away from their tower. The far you are the more likelihood of you getting poor service. 3. The amount of users that use the same modem as you, the more they are [2/4]
The less likelihood of you getting good service. 4. The bandwidth you subscribe to, the higher the bandwidth the more likelihood of you getting the best quality of service. [3/4]
