There is a village outside Senwabarwana (Bochum) named Marobjane. People are not allowed to go to the complex without permits. Apparently you have to go to Moshate and get a permit and there are limited to 6 people per day.

They say the instructions are from the station commander at the Senwabarwana police station. It's also said that people will be allowed to move freely on the 30th to buy groceries. Like really? Who comes up with such rules? Why do people have to suffer so much?
