Have you ever heard of soldiers asking for safety?

No, they are equipped.

We, the economic soldiers have been demanding for safety and security repeatedly only to be falling in deaf ears.

Seems like govt bashing.. NO

Just have a look at #COVID19 death toll worldwide.

India ws put under lockdown wef 25.03.20 due to serious #COVID19 threats perceived.

Only essential services wr allowed incl Banking.

Govt rightly decided to help the needy and thus cometh #PMGKY, #PMGKAY.

After DeMo banks were again in a spin. Huge rush was waiting 4 us.

We started dealing with 2 edged sword of distribution of DBT n Maintaining of Social Distancing.

Police started harassing bankers only to make them trend #BankerHaiPoliceNahin followed by #HelplessBankers.

In the meantime the pandemic was peaking and so was our fear.

We hd been asked 2 fight an invisible enemy which wd not only infect us but also all in our families and office. Take my words, any amount of precaution can hardly prevent it.

Now we r not talking about procrastination of 11th BPS. All we r talking about safety we dbe given.

Now just look at the injustice meted out to us in the pics.
Why one death will be compensated with ₹50 lakh and another with ₹20 lakh?

Are we less of Indians? Are we less at risk? How come? We are dealing directly with the public with flouted social distancing norms.

God helps those who help themselves. We can not afford to sit back and relax. Actually not even allowed to.

We have been tested time and again but never let the nation down, not even this time as well.

This time #BankersFightCorona but the battle is not easy. Go thru these:

Despite all the odds, in contravention of all Govt guidelines, few bank employees were even transferred by their respective managements.

Additionally pressure of loans under COVID scheme is also mounting. Jat imagine the plight of a banker who is in between.

Nonetheless, hardships make us stronger.

All 10 lakhs Bank Employees are at the service of the great nation.
Every poor matters and PSBs believe in inclusiveness.
