Man. I see what Jack and Stan were going for in the X-men but they really screwed up that whole racism allegory.

I can never stop thinking about it. Because it's so faulty. They take something that's irrational and make it rational.

But I suppose it worked well enough because not a lot of people thought about it.

But also, maybe it wasn't their conscious intention? Either way, people reading race and disparities in it minds doesn't work because of the nature of the marvel universe and well things I stated earlier.
