getting really tired of the terms “local” and “cupcake” now. people wanna use cupcake as an insult when they’re called out and y’all are so panini pressed when you see someone with a different album ranking/different taste. joke or not it’s annoying and was never funny
also again songs ain’t “local” they’re songs. who cares who they’re streamed by and what their taste is? i’m getting fed up with the joke because honestly i actually really never found it funny to begin with. i just joined in because i didn’t want to be told i’m sensitive
y’all are also really letting songs get “ruined” by shitty places like Tik Tok and by the “locals” talking about it or it’s overrated and people say it’s the best. like why do you care? it’s getting streams, be thankful ffs
and another thing i’m kinda really sick of everyone treating everything like a fucking joke. it’s been happening around me and to me from my irls and my online friends for years now. i can’t tell when ANYONE’S being serious or joking.
my point is, does anyone know how to be serious anymore? like there’s no in between. i can tell when my close friends are being serious but with most people and some of my irls i can’t. it’s annoying asf and i’m fed up with it
