Telangana government is not allowing private labs with licence from ICMR to test patients because there feel private labs will fleece patients. And as if this is not enough to keep numbers down, Telangana government won't test people who die with symptoms of COVID but advices the caretakers and family members to isolate! TS government won't test, will not let others test. What is the strategy? If it is herd immunity you should lift the lockdown. If it is lockdown then test more! Or is the strategy to keep the numbers low by not counting them till the news cycle is over? Not testing ≠ strategy!
Have clarity in ur strategy & communicate with media instead of warning & abusing in press conferences.
