The places that had SARS remember SARS and behave as such when there&

I think the reasons this grates is that it intersects with the &
#39;we couldn&
#39;t have done anything to stop this&
#39; school of thought. Like modern life is fundamentally incompatible with pandemic control. Which when you&
#39;re looking from Korea or HK or Taiwan it just clearly is not.
