My Father has been growing organic vegetables on the rooftop (not a very large space). In old water tanks and some pots. Today’s harvest looks like this

Many people had showed interest in how this rooftop garden looks like. I am attaching a few pictures to give ideas . Most of the pots were old broken water tanks that we collected in our bid to keep it sustainable. You can see Lauki, Turai and tomatoes.
The creepers have to be tied up periodically and taken care of .. you can see new Lauki and some turai ( ridge gourd )
The plants also needs constant new saplings so new plants have to be planted before and then transferred .
The in-house security guard ( pun intended) keeps the birds and rats away
