Here& #39;s how braindead life under government decree is ... take note @NZFinMin
We wanted to online order 6 bottles of gin. However, government has decreed online seller can only accept orders of 3 bottles a time. I don& #39;t know of a shortage of gin, but for some reason we& #39;re 1/x

rationing gin. And from here we go all farce.
The etailer gets gin from wholesaler in boxes of 6. So they have to have a staff member open the new box, take 3 bottles out, then put packaging in so remaining 3 bottles don& #39;t break, as well as finding a makeshift carton to send 2/x

the now un-homed 3 bottles out in. But we want 6, so we order two days in a row. This now means the courier makes two separate trips (contacts) with etailer warehouse, and two contacts with us: two more contacts in total than necessary. Worse, the etailer& #39;s process has become 3/x
so inefficient they& #39;ve had to close to all new orders while they try and manage their backlog orders.
... we have stopped community transmission in our region. Please, open the damned shops (level 3 is still lock down for most of retail, & also means further business failure).
