I was just talking to my sister and I realised 2 things. Because so many people’s testimonies include them going through trauma or having wild days before they come to Christ, people may not feel like their testimony of how they have come to Christ is important or exciting
So many people have had the PRIVILEGE of believing in Jesus and knowing his love without a rollercoaster story or a miracle. If that’s your truth then that’s amazing. Thank God that you could see and experience him without going through pain.
I don’t tell people this but I’ve given my life to Christ about 3 times (yikes lol) but it was when I was really young and there was no follow up. I was embarrassed because how many times do I need to do something before I wake up and smell the coffee

the last time, 2.5 years ago was when I really knew what I was doing and what it meant to give my life to Jesus and even then I’ve still made mistakes and had times when I’ve stumbled
There’s no criteria you have to achieve, like reading a book in the bible every week or praying 3 times a day, before giving your life to Jesus. I’ve technically been saved since I was 7 and only started studying the word in the past year or 2 (don’t follow in my footsteps)
All you have to do is accept Jesus as your Lord and saviour, this literally just means you believe that he died on the cross to save you from your sins. The work and the growth in your relationship with God comes after you give your life to him.
