Welp, just made an offer on a house that I've never seen in person, that's across the country. Strong chance I won't get it (competing with 2 other offers on it), but strong chance I will (I made a pretty strong offer). Either way, eeeeep.

I'm now gonna stress eat until I hear back.

Update: I don't hear back until 8pm tomorrow night, so I've gotta pace myself on my stress eating...
