perhaps my most fave thing to think abt is how jiang cheng ends up actually liking fashion and enjoys figuring out how to use purple in different shades+patterns to create striking outfits when he& #39;s sect leader
firmly believe that he was able to skate by+let others handle it when he was younger and his parents were alive (+the fact that he used to be able to play w his mom& #39;s blue fabric in his outfits beforehand which was enough for him)
but once becoming sect leader+gaining all the responsibilities to rebuild lotus pier AND sticking to one sect color?? that on its own is also striking compared to sect blues and yellows and greens?? jc turns to pattern mixing to relieve stress
everyone in the cultivation world going & #39;nhs is so grand such a fashion risk taker omg style icon& #39; and jc just scoffs like & #39;big whoop he knows how to pair together complimentary neutrals and throw on some rings where& #39;s the risk& #39;
scream upon writing this i am now thinking abt & #39;i& #39;m totally unassuming even down to my neutral outfits& #39; nhs and jiang & #39;wears his heart on his sleeve literally you can tell his mood based on the fabric pattern& #39; cheng
also cql!jiang cheng taking the silver family heirloom pieces but using gold accents on everything else in his outfits like yes we love a metal-mixing genius!!!!
