friends, I don't know how Into Sea Salt™ you are but...after going to the Outer Banks for most of my life, last summer in Cape Hatteras, I was like "oh hey I wonder if they have local salt?"

of course, when you have a bitty bag of salt that you like very much, you don't use it very often. To make it last and to keep it for special (and keeping things for special is important! don't get me wrong)

they have Lavendar sea salt, which I personally am not into, and pecan-smoked sea salt which, same.
But they have bigger bags of just plain sea salt! And ROSEMARY sea salt! I'm imagining that on top of the rosemary bread that I make once every 5 years or whatever.
