friends, I don't know how Into Sea Salt™ you are but...after going to the Outer Banks for most of my life, last summer in Cape Hatteras, I was like "oh hey I wonder if they have local salt?"

And they do! I got a bitty bag of it at the lighthouse. https://hatterassaltworks.com/
of course, when you have a bitty bag of salt that you like very much, you don't use it very often. To make it last and to keep it for special (and keeping things for special is important! don't get me wrong)

but then you go "oh I wonder if you can get that online"

and you can!
they have Lavendar sea salt, which I personally am not into, and pecan-smoked sea salt which, same.

But they have bigger bags of just plain sea salt! And ROSEMARY sea salt! I'm imagining that on top of the rosemary bread that I make once every 5 years or whatever.
Black Pepper sea salt

Also, lil wooden salt spoons!

The evaporate it in solar ovens, which I find very cool

and shipping is free right now https://hatterassaltworks.com/
Oh, and they're on Twitter, I didn't realize

But anyway, the main point of this thread was that my salt and spoons came today

(please forgive my signature bad photography)
