Why do people keep telling me and others to stop questioning the government’s handling of this crisis?

Already been told today that we shouldn’t question the government on its proclamation that 20,000 would be a good result

Also told that I shouldn’t question whether Cummings being sat on the SAGE committee could be a problem without evidence, such as the meeting minutes that SAGE hasn’t produced since August

If I recall correctly, Watergate came to light after no one asked any questions and Nixon’s government just eventually decided to tell everyone that they broke into the Democrats HQ
