I am hoping that when the next president comes in November that Congress does something about racial and sexual harassment in Academia. Too many people are forced out of the Academy because universities, healthcare and the NIH, NSF allows this to happen.

NASEM has failed too. Please ensure that the next president replaces the current NIH Director (Dr. Francis Collins) and Betsy Devos positions ASAP because too many trainees have been harmed by these two individuals because of their negligence.

This has being going on for too long and needs to be fixed.

The NIH director had data 40% of the female trainees have been sexually harassed and he has known this has been occurring for years and has done nothing to stop this.

We all know Trump will not win in November

given all the damage he is caused to America because of the mishandling of this pandemic.

But please ensure that women can receive an education in the US to reach their full potential. Thanks!

Most women that have reached out to Dr. Collins for help after being sexually harassed in Academia he has refused to help.
