3/ nose area: related to heart. Might be good to look for healthy cholesterol options (nuts, seeds, avocado), drink water & green tea to help detoxify and exercise!
4/ mouth & chin: connected to stomach. Balanced diet may be to consider with plenty of green veggies and fiber while limiting fats & sugars.
5/ jawline & neck: connected to hormones. Calming methods (nature, breathing, good sleep), hydrating foods and healthy saturated fats could help balance hormones.
