A system - or set of routines that are the foundation of your productivity

Your routines should revolve around 3 things

- Health
- Wealth
- Mood/mind

Create a minimum set of tasks you can accomplish daily that will improve these areas
1) Health

Taking care of your body improves focus, mood, and obviously - sex appeal

Here are some examples of tasks:

- Meal prep
- Track macros
- 80% whole foods
- Daily activity (walking)
- Resistance training 3-5x per week

Modify for your goals
2) Wealth

Get in the habit of making money every day

If you are just starting out - do something that has the ABILITY to make you money everyday

- Freelancing
- Affiliate marketing
- Ecom store
- Any other side hustle

Map out actions you can take daily to achieve this
3) Mood/mind

If you don't take care of your mind, your mood and mental stability will suffer

- Read fiction
- Meditate
- Yoga on off days
- Journaling/writing
- Read about stoicism, pragmatism, and mindfulness

Doing one of these is better than doing none of these
The best way to go about this is by writing it down

Grab a pen and paper and write down actions you can take daily to improve in these 3 big areas

The goal is to make these actions habit, replacing old destructive habits
