2/ Look, they said, the top three worst infection counties per capita are all rural counties! Lock downs make just as much sense there
3/ It turns out the real explanation for these rural county infection rates is in the very same source. Below is a list of the top infection hotspots. Note three of them are prisons located in the very same three rural counties at the top of the county list.
4/ I continue my assertion that we should focus our attention on figuring out how to protect these vulnerable institutions, while letting the rest of us go about our business taking reasonable precautions
