Reservation is necessary for the upliftment of section of people belong to socially backward classes . But when it exceeds in an arbitrary manner , the rights of other communities are deprived .

Earlier In Andhra Pradesh, State govt. provided 100 % reservation to Sechudled Tribe Community. The matter was like this " the post of teachers in a village school were filled only by STs category belonging to the native of that village .

Even STs of other natives were not allowed to apply the post of teacher in that school. The rights of other communities OBC, SC, ST belong to other natives were totally deprived .

Supremum Court said that it is like an Anethema but even Supreme Court didn't take any action against this prejudiceness. This shows the obiter dictum behaviour of Supreme Court. Supreme court has already said that Reservation can't exceed the limit of 50%.

But Some political parties breach the dignity of constitution for satisfying their political intent .
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar had said in the Constituent Assembly that Reservation would be provided to Socially backward classes until they got prestige in the society equally as

other section of population. But some political parties molded the statement of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar in a witty manner for attaining the power of Central govt. . As a result of this , distintness in the ideology between communities extended .

if Someone ,who is affluent enough ,belongs to Socially Backward Class , In my point of view neither he nor his subsequent generation deserves Reservation.
According to my opinion Reservation should not be based on casticism .

It should be based on Economic conditions whether that individual may belong to general cast or any other class .
Central Govt. should think upon the formation of this bill and strictly implementation should be imposed all over the country.

If we really want to eradicate the poverty and diminish the gap among communities
,We will have to be United and diverge the mode of Reservation .
Reservation should be imposed based on Economic conditions rather than casticism or Racism throughout the country .

If it becomes possible in near future, Our country will definitely grow .
Please pardon me If I hearted someone's feelings but that is true whatever I have said above . Please try to understand this . Stop the fight based on Religion ,Casticism.

Let's establish the authentic values of brotherhood and prevail peace and harmony across the country ##.
