Fellow cooking/baking enthusiasts, what would you do with a large bunch of fresh mint? I have to use mine up soon and I’m at a loss 🧐

This mint cordial is kind of everything, put it in place of sweetener in a limeade and the drink tastes like sunshine. It’s much earthier and *much* more mild than mint extract, just a hint of earthy tea-like mint taste
