I've had mixed feelings about cheer anons for a long time, but honestly they make a huge point when they talk about giving one person or a small group of people too much power in the industry of Cheerleading. They're a threat to those in power by using their voice to expose stuff
I don't agree AT ALL with the bullying and harassment that anons can sometimes partake in, but they are the first to call out the wrong things that those in power are doing. I have to applaud them for that.
What people fail to understand about anons is that they are mostly made up of athletes too. They are athletes choosing to express their feelings and ideas behind a screen with an identity that won't put their gyms reputations or their contracts with their gyms in harms way
However, they are the future of the sport. They are the voice of the sport, and they shouldn't be brushed off or looked down upon because truthfully, they are a huge voice for the sport.
