y’all want to see something?! this is a copy of Mazzy’s kennel card from when she was taken in to ACCT shelter in Philly as a stray. it’s like four pages long of all the issues she had like influenza, a broken nail, a UTI and an infected tail

she is so lucky to be alive. she was to be euthanized at ACCT. a “rescue” in philly took her in, never socialized her, deemed her unadoptable and tried to have a vet euthanize her....again. thankfully, the amazing woman who runs Polished Pitbull saved her.

She was with Polished Pitbull until we adopted her in sept 2013. She has leash issues that we are able to control but she never gets in the garbage, doesn’t mess in the house and doesn’t chew up anything that doesn’t belong to her. Unadoptable? screw those people. She’s awesome.

Please give rescue and shelter dogs a chance! They’re already spayed and neutered. they have their shots, and they know they have been given a second chance in life. Give them time to decompress and get used to your schedule. they will come around and they will be AMAZING
