Yesterday, #TaylorU's Students for Education on Neurodiversity (SEND) ( https://www.instagram.com/tayloruniv_send/) hosted a panel discussion on the intersections of neurodiversity and the Enneagram. @drewmoser and @sarah_duet were on hand to offer analysis and expertise. But very little work exists
...in this particular space and a lot of research and discovery still need to happen. Just by beginning the discussion and asking good questions, we (a mix of neurodivergent & allistic folks) were breaking ground on exciting new areas of knowledge that could be supremely helpful
to many of us. I'm looking forward to seeing how these inaugural conversations contribute to reshaping and refining dominant(/stereotypical) narratives about nuerodivergence. I wonder if we can create a safer space for neurodivergent people/ people on the spectrum
...and in fact make the world better for everyone through mutual respect rooted in knowledge and compassionate understanding. Some seeds were planted in hope toward this end, and I'm glad I was there. Thank you, students of SEND. #ActuallyAutistic #neurodiversesquad #Enneagram
