Scrub the fabrics with liquid dish soap and soak in cold water minutes.

Launder with a very good soft detergent or 1/2 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide.

If the stain remains, they you can now consider using bleaching agent that is safe for fabrics, provided the fabrics is white
